ToonCam is a nice App.that applies cartoon-style live filters over the camera controller.
You can edit each filter’s value by moving a central Slider before taking a picture. Choose between 8 different cool Effects and Share your photos on Facebook, Twitter, Mail, Instagram, etc.
You can also save them into your device’s Photo Library or assign them to your Contacts.
